Arraytech Solutions, LLC provides Information Technology (IT) services to a wide range of clients including small businesses, colleges and universities, and private citizens of all ages.  We specialize in three areas: 1) Business Consulting, 2) Computer Training/Technical Support, and 3) Website Development/Maintenance.

Business Consulting:

Would you like to start a new business and not quite sure where to begin? Let Arraytech Solutions, LLC guide you through the process.  We help you with essential aspects such as defining your business structure, identifying your target audience, developing marketing strategies, and leveraging information technology plus much more.  We also help existing businesses with organizational development, strategic planning, and resource optimization. 

Computer Training and Technical Support (at your location or via remote):

We provide customized training at your location (or over the phone) for basic, intermediate and advanced computer topics to all ages especially senior adults who may have special needs. Technical support is also available to quickly resolve your personal computer (PC) issues by phone, in-person, or by desktop remote assistance (connecting to your computer from ours over the internet). We also provide computer educational services in partnerships with Aging Agencies, Nursing Homes, Retirement Communities, Church Ministries, and Libraries within the Hampton Roads area. Prospective students may also contact us directly to arrange affordable computer services designed to fit your particular needs.  Our friendly and courteous staff understand the unique considerations our older clients may face when embracing new technology and we look forward to helping you achieve your computer aspirations.

Website Design and Development:

Our website design and development process starts by gathering your specific requirements.  This is usually accomplished over the phone, in person, e-mail, or any other means of communication you desire.  Next, we prepare an itemized proposal to ensure we have captured your needs correctly.  Upon your approval of the proposal, we begin developing your site and notify you when your prototype is ready for viewing.  Based on your feedback, we make appropriate changes until we achieve the final product.  The overall process usually takes 2 to 3 weeks but can be finished in a matter of days if required content is provided.  In summary, the 5 Step process includes:

1) Gather requirements  2) prepare proposal  3) create prototype  4) finalize site  5) complete payment
